A few pics of the specifically swing dance portion (with one potluck pic) from the January 22, 2022 all day event, which included free swing dancing, free fitness martial arts, free aerobics, and the debut of the documentary which wa shown before a live audience. At The Bellvue Club, '50's Theme Fundraiser
This on-site lesson at Oakland's Bellvue Club for The Piedmont Choir's Fundraising Dinner on March 5, 2016.
The lesson was a crash course in a variety of teen dances from 1955 to 1962 and included Jitterbug, The Cha-Lypso, The Strand, The Hand Jive, and The Mashed Potatoes.
It was a hit and the guests were up on the floor!
